Responsibilities:
- Facilitating crosschannel feedback from employees to executive teams
- Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
- Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
- Identifying and resolving any problems
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to various phone calls, communicate messages and information
- Coordinate travel arrangements as required
- Maintain various records and documents
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Salary:
$41,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
