Description

Responsibilities:


  • Facilitating crosschannel feedback from employees to executive teams
  • Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
  • Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
  • Identifying and resolving any problems
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Answer and respond to various phone calls, communicate messages and information
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as required
  • Maintain various records and documents

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Salary:
$41,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
