Minimum Qualifications:
- Welding and mechanical skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to lift 50lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Front End Loader experience (Cat 980 or equivalent)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work at heights, when required

We're seeking an Asphalt Plant Assistant to be the secret ingredient in our recipe for success The oil that keeps our operation running smoothly, mixing, pouring, and paving the way to excellence.
Embrace the heat, grit, and grind as you assist in the creation of every load in a step closer to building the roads of tomorrow.
You will help to maintain the plant on a daily basis, performing the routine maintenance of lubrication and conducting major and minor repairs, and operating a loader to feed the plant, when required.
Communication with other team members and managers and a safety focused mindset will be essential to ensure the highest quality of asphalt products.
