Description

Product and Functional ownership of the TTS Cash Management Pricing process and pricing tool, and Liquidity Management Product Functions, including DACA (Deposit Control Account Agreements), Deposit Pricing and Product Controls.


Main responsibilities include:

  • Liquidity Management Services and Core Banking product responsibilities including functional ownership for:
  • DACA (Deposit Control Account Agreements)
  • main point of contact and lead product specialist, including main contact for negotiating DACA's for Canada and management of the DACA process for Canada
  • Deposit Pricing in conjunction with Canada Cash Management Pricing responsibilities (below), ensure deposit rates are priced competitively to attract deposit growth while accretive to profitability.
  • Canada ECR overseeing the ECR process and business management relating to the ECR offering where Canada is a participant in global ECR.
  • Overseeing the management of rate implementations ensuring proper compliance and in adherence with operational processes to ensure proper client pricing
  • Involvement in LMS and Core banking product implementations and projects, managing specifically delegated tasks and programs as new products are implemented in Canada.
  • Managing the TTS Canada Cash Pricing Process, including:
  • Adjudicating all cash management deals, ensuring pricing meets key hurdles, and articulating profitability measures to TTS stakeholders including TTS Sales and Account Managers.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the pricing adjudication tool (EUC) to ensure it properly reflects full costing and product capabilities and enhancements.
  • Proactively identifying and leading opportunities for pricing improvement, leakage and expense reduction to drive improved returns across the portfolio.
  • Manage TTS Canada deal review process
  • Maintaining compliance and audit requirements, including ensuring product documentation is uptodate, practical and in compliance with Citi standards, EUC management, Monthly and quarterly MCA testing etc.


Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.

Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.

Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
