Casual Early Learning & Childcare Professional

As a Casual ELC, you will provide staffing support within the Early Learning & Childcare Programs. This role ensures developed programs are implemented and working hands-on with children in our care.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in active supervision to protect and promote the psychological and physical safety, health, and well-being of each child.
• Spend time one-on-one with children to develop sincere relationships.
• Practice an inclusive approach by altering activities and program plans for diverse abilities.
• Implement engaging daily experiences that support development across multiple areas (physical, emotional, social, communicative, cognitive, and creative skills).

Early Childhood Educator:

Promote inclusion through opportunities for interaction among peers.
