Role Overview & Responsibilities:

The Recruitment Coordinator


We are looking to fill two Recruitment Coordinator roles, one will focus on experienced recruitment and one will focus on junior recruitment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating with interviews
  • Maintain and manage accurate data in applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Promote our job openings on local and university job boards
  • Support the team in the planning and execution of oncampus recruitment events
  • Respond to all internal or external recruitingrelated inquiries with a sense of urgency and follow up as appropriate
  • Analyze high amounts of data, generate reports to support business strategies and decisions
  • Coordinate other administrative duties surrounding recruiting efforts as needed

Skillset Required:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • 13 years of prior experience from recruitment agency and/or inhouse preferred (experienced recruitment)
  • 12 years of experience in campus and/or tech recruiting preferred (junior recruitment)
  • Previous experience working with Greenhouse or other ATS preferred
  • Familiarity with recruiting on social media and local job boards
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience in a fastpaced, evolving work environment
  • Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite
