The Opportunity:

For this role's duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 25% of time.

A Day in the Life:

Develop or update learning objectives, content outlines, how to guides, quick reference guides, online content, and other training materials
Identify ways to simplify content and improve retention of information
Understand and design with the target audience in mind
Review and refine training resources as they are developed
Work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Prioritize and pivot in a changing environment
Gather feedback and modify/improve content
Manage multiple assignments while working independently and with other teams
Create content with the tone of the O2E Brand and following brand guidelines
Ensure quality and consistency of content and effectiveness of project based training delivery

What You Bring to the Table:

Strong research and problem solving skills
Collaborative attitude and adaptable to change
Experience with Articulate or any online content creation software an asset
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
