About Role:


  • Selling the entire Customer 360 Platform across a set of existing Salesforce customers as well as breaking into net new logos in your assigned territory
  • Increasing revenue spend within companies between 1 and 20 employees
  • Learn from your peers in a collaborative selling environment where quota attainment is team based

  • Partnering with internal resources in order to drive additional value and expertise
  • Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
  • Selling on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
  • Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
  • Generating interest and landing new logos by outbound strategy while becoming an expert in various industries
  • Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an evergrowing sales organization
  • Uncovering business initiatives and problems to map back our solutions

Role Description:


We are seeking a proven, tactical and strategic Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives who are tasked with generating growth in our Essentials Small Business Accounts.

The appointed sales leader will play a key role in leading this highly visible and motivated team that generates revenues and achieves individual, team and organizational quotas.

You'll be a valuable contributor to the corporate sales strategy while providing definition and implementation of the plan for sales to achieve corporate objectives.

Your Qualifications:


Depending on the segment, the years of experience and skills needed to be successful will vary from 2+ yrs of sales leadership experience managing a team of seven or more quota carrying sales people.

In addition, a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

  • Support Account Executives by participating and leading client and prospect meetings
  • Ongoing mentorship and development of a sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new Account Executives on sales process
  • Conducting weekly forecast meetings.
  • Coach Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
  • Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, and track the results
