- Supervise and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor construction progress and quality control
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide updates and address any concerns

- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Experience in budgeting and cost control for construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team of construction workers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- G drivers licence required
