Fresh Cleaning Service is looking for a Residential Cleaning Crew Lead.

Do you pay attention to detail? See dirt & dust that others miss? Have a strong work ethic, calm personality, and the ability to lead others?

Then you may be the cleaning star we are searching for

We are looking for a fabulous cleaner, with a winning attitude, leadership skills, and great customer service skills.

We will start you off cleaning to learn the ropes, and groom you into a team lead for the GTA if you are the right fit.


You will be required to learn our training program, train cleaners to our standards, do spot checks, and be willing to roll up your sleeves and clean as well.


We offer:
- $20-26 per hour.

  • Weekly pay
  • Flat driving rate

You must:

  • Must be available to work Monday
  • Friday from 8am 5pm
  • Have a reliable vehicle
  • Be willing to drive in GTA and surrounding areas.
  • Pay attention to detail and follow our standards and be willing to teach them.
  • Be reliable
  • Pass a police clearance
  • Previous RESIDENTIAL (not commercial) cleaning experience required

$20.00-$25.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
