This position reports to the Senior Manager, Loan Administration CCM.

A career with the National Client Group (NCG) of National Bank to participate in the transformation to have a direct impact on the client.

As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for loan administration for Direct and Participant deals for all borrowers in the NCG team.

Your role's main responsibilities are:
Customer Service

You will be expected to provide high quality and professional service (in person, electronically, and over the telephone) in order to maintain the satisfaction of internal and external parties.

Loan Administration

You will be expected to be very detail oriented and meticulous in all aspects of loan administration.

AML

You will be expected to understand the requirements for companies structured as corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, etcand abiding by the requirements required to be
AML compliant.

Financial Covenants and Compliance

You will be required to understand complex financial covenant and reporting requirements, with a view to monitor and follow as per executed legal documentation.

Security Documentation

You will be required to control and monitor all security documentation and executed legal documents.

Competencies required:

Requires a 3year Professional College Diploma in a related field & 45 years of experience in Commercial Sector of a Financial Institution.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in Commercial Sector of a Financial Institution
Minimum 2 years' experience in loan administration with the Commercial Sector of a Financial Institution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong ability to multitask in a fast changing and highpressure environment
Detail oriented with excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills
Be able to work well in a team environment

Preferred competencies:

Familiar with Loan IQ (loan database system) (asset)
Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will frequently serve clients who speak a language other than French
