The Job - Dispatcher

Dispatchers play an integral role in keeping customer satisfaction high by maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor while dispatching On Side Restoration crews to jobs in a timely manner.

Knowing who to call, when to call them and what the steps are in the restoration process is all just a regular part of being a Dispatcher.

Dispatchers are responsible for:

Dispatching crews to save the day when disasters hit.
Understanding scope of work and skills needed on a job site.
Scheduling work with property owners.
Managing subtrade schedules.
Managing crew mix and oncall availability.

What you bring:

Superior customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.
Unparalleled organizational skills.
Conscientiousness, never leaving a task before it's complete.
Curiosity, you're always asking questions and want to know the rest of the story.
Excellent phone and computer skills (MS Office
Word, Excel and Teams familiarity is a must).

Salary:
$55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

8 hour shift
