Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

The incumbent is responsible for the ongoing success of the College by increasing fulltime and parttime enrolment of underrepresented students at Algonquin College;
Provide Direct Advising Support to the Test Centre;
Support to Faculty and Dual Credit Teachers;
Coordinating Activities and Implementing Retention Initiatives for Academic Partnerships;
Preparation of Proposals, Statistical Reports and Special Submissions;
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Three (3) year diploma / degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education (or equivalent);
Three (3) years experience advising clients preferably in an educational setting;
Experience using a variety of databases to analyze complex data;
Experience managing complex projects.
Position is paid at Payband H
