We are seeking an individual that is extremely analytical and creative to seek out new customer acquisition opportunities and guide our company through a continued period of high-growth.

The Role:

• Responsible for supporting the execution of performance marketing initiatives across all paid channels to drive conversions and growth
• This includes execution of performance marketing campaigns in paid search, paid socials (Meta, TikTok, etc.), shopping, and display
• Collect and effectively analyze test data, identify trends and work closely with the content team to provide actionable insights in order to drive results
• Provide regular performance reports across paid channels, and report on the efficacy of said channels
• Thoroughly research competitor advertising and marketing trends and translate into actionable ideas
• Optimize marketing spend across performance marketing channels to achieve maximum ROI in paid media campaigns
• Coordinate setup of engaging ad units by working with content teams to develop ad creative (banners, copy, videos )

About You:

• 13 years of experience in a performance marketing role for a retail or ecommerce brand, with hands on experience in executing paid social (IG/FB and TikTok)
• Exceptional analytical and datadriven problemsolving skills, with hands on experience working with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta and some type of attribution reporting software
• Practical mindset with the ability to effectively strategize with content team to achieve success
• Excellent research skills and driven to remain current on trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to support campaigns, and react to performance as needed
• Great attention to detail with willingness to adapt to rapid change, and ability to prioritize
• Willingness to work with various teams to achieve outlined KPIs
