    Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

    Location: Mississauga, Ontario

    Position Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

    Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

    Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in supply planning, preferably in food or CPG

    Overview:

    We seek a seasoned Supply Chain Planner to join our client's dynamic team at their food manufacturing facility in Mississauga, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supply planning, with demonstrated experience in fast-paced environments, preferably within the food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. This role requires hands-on experience with ERP software systems, particularly SAP, and a strong scheduling, forecasting, and planning foundation.

    Responsibilities:

    Day-to-day planning of materials required for production to meet demand forecasts.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and logistics, to ensure timely availability of materials.

    Analyze demand patterns, inventory levels, and production schedules to optimize supply chain efficiency.

    Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

    Generate and maintain accurate reports related to supply planning metrics and KPIs.

    Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the supply planning function.

    Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.

    3-5 years of experience in supply planning, preferably in food or CPG industry.

    Proficiency in SAP or other ERP software systems is highly desirable.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in planning and execution.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
