PSI Engineering is the technology leader in the manufacture and integration of automated solutions for packline operations in Warehouse Distribution Centers.

Our sortation systems provide automated insertion and print on demand products to high volume warehouse distribution centers. Our customers are high volume internet retailers and third-party logistics companies serviced by integrators who serve said markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take an active role in executing sales and marketing initiatives for promotional events, trade shows, and any new company sales and marketing strategies including overseeing digital content updates and signage etc.
  • Collaborate with sales and executives team to strategize, implement and follow up on progression of reaching company goals.
  • Support sales team in key activities including customizing customer presentations, establishing sale campaigns etc.
  • Interact with customers to ensure product satisfaction and support developing long term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales department to create content and ongoing maintenance of the company websites and social media that encourages online engagement with customers and that aligns with company tone and voice.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager in executing the company's B2B marketing strategy and programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing) in order to support the company's business objectives.
  • Develop and create sales and marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, engaging video content and social media graphics, while ensuring brand guidelines are met for both external and internal customers.
  • Increase awareness and engagement with company brand and products by implementing targeted digital campaigns.
  • Monitor and maintain CRM platform, execute specific sales and marketing campaigns, manage the communication cycle and database content.
  • Assist with the seamless execution of all marketing campaign activities including digital, social media, print, etc.
  • Develop strategic plans to deliver continued growth, both in brand equity and commercial, by localizing global brand visions and developing local brand positioning where needed.
  • Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and lookandfeel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales and broader organization.
  • Daily management of any job posting on social media platforms and company website.
  • Stay current with online and local marketing best practices, trends, tools, and platforms.
  • Actively share insights and advice to help improve company social media and integrated communications strategies.
  • Assist to develop workflows and best practice processes for product onboarding and promotional content creation.
  • Manage all sales and marketing requests, communicate with stakeholders on all initiatives, campaigns, and events.
Job Requirements

  • University degree in business or marketingrelated field.
  • A creative mind with a keen eye for design, detail, visual content and creative copy.
  • Ability to build strong sustainable business relationships at various levels throughout organization and with agencies, vendors and customers. Enthusiastic, personable and professional demeanour.
  • Natural curiosity with a passion for innovation, excellence, data insights and continuous improvement.
  • 23 years of experience preferred in creating, managing, growing and engaging audiences with web, digital and social media platforms
  • Ability to act independently, organize workload, set priorities, work well under deadline pressures adapt to change, and handle confidential material all with superb accuracy.
  • Superior writing skills, computer skills, including but not limited to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office and Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • A real team player who can 'team' across functions and regions in pursuit of company goals.
