As a Manager, Digital Experience Project Management within Avanade X, you will be responsible for supporting the solutioning of key initiatives and for leading the delivery of projects.

You will define activities, work products, and deliverables and build out detailed project plans accounting for sequencing and dependencies. You will monitor and manage the budget, timelines, resources, and scope and help to set client expectations.


What you'll do:


  • Manage Project Risks: Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks through formal mechanisms.
  • Develop Work Plan: Implement and maintain a detailed project plan to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Traceability of Requirements: Ensure accurate development and traceability during the project lifecycle.
  • Change Enablement: Manage the change process throughout the project duration.
  • Client Management: Manage client expectations, updates, and represent at governance meetings.
  • Staff Management: Manage Avanade and subcontractor staff assigned to the project.
  • Resource Training: Ensure project resources receive necessary training and are used effectively.

Skills and experiences:


  • EndtoEnd Design: Understanding of endtoend experience design with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Systematic Work: Ability to think and work systematically and logically.
  • Contract Interpretation: Good understanding of contract terms and interpretation.
  • Project Management: Understanding of key Project/Program Management disciplines.
  • Client Management: Experience in setting and managing expectations of senior clients.
  • Microsoft Technologies: Working knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies.
  • Microsoft Tools: Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Project and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
