About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develops understanding of the methods used to deliver our service to clients though liaising with Operations team
- Provide onsite leadership to Operations and Install team during events as required
- Works with our cross Canada team to provide quotes, proposals, and solutions to potential and existing customers
- Manage customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service
- Builds, develops, and maintains strong client relationships through proactive and consistent communication ensuring project delivery and results are meeting client expectations
- Inbound and Outbound Corporate Account Management
- Oversee revenue analysis, management, calculations, and reporting functions monthly
- Ensure customer commitments are met, providing leadership and monitoring operations team during event setup and execution
- Executing operational tasks as needed
- Develop new business and source new leads
- Other duties as required by Management
- Minimum 3 to 5 Years proven successful account management and sales experience
- Ability to function at a high level with flexible work hours and travel schedule
- Completed postsecondary education in Business or Marketing considered an asset
- Must be a selfstarter who can work independently to meet corporate goals.
- Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Superior problem solver and Multitasker.
- Valid driver's license, with access to a reliable vehicle required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills.
- Knowledge of Project Management or Event Industry and full life cycle of project delivery considered an asset

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
