POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Support profitable sales growth by providing sellers and leaders with information to make decisions on small to mid-size quotes (CSP additions and changes) and by ensuring the proper alignment of customer accounts.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and action incoming small to midsize quotes requests that have failed Vistex Real Time Approvals
Analyze, adjust and/or approve quotes to ensure they meet corporate guidelines and targets
Execute the CSP escalation process by routing requests to sales leaders and providing information for their review and approval/rejection
Work collaboratively with internal business partners in the activation of pricing offers
Review the accuracy of account links periodically to ensure customers are tied to the correct pricing program/offer

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ANDQUALIFICATIONS:

University Degree/ College Diploma with a specialization in Business or Commerce

years of relevant experience

Ability to work quickly and accurately under severe time constraints and pressure.
Background in MRO industry and Product knowledge as asset.
Understanding of quotation process and familiarity with Excel, SAP and Vistex.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and problemsolving skills.
Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
