Description

Responsibilities:

Knowledge of the Divine product line and pricing with the ability to demonstrate technical understanding of the products
Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand customer base
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

Qualifications:

Must have 3 years' sales experience in the flooring industry is required with a deep understanding of various flooring products and brands.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in using QuickBooks for managing financial transactions and records.
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is a must.
A strong work ethic and selfmotivation with an ability to thrive independently and in a team environment.
Good time management and organizational skills are necessary.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Word, and Excel with a basic knowledge of computers.

Schedule:

10 hour shift
Day shift
Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

Flooring Retail: 3+ years (preferred)
