Job summary

We are a start-up short-term rental business in Australia focused on guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest inquiries, prearrival instructions, special requests & general guest support
  • Handle any issues with guest checkins and check outs
  • Manage guest complaints where possible before escalating to the local team
  • Cleaning coordination
    • Communicate with cleaners for all early checkins and late checkouts
    • Ensure cleaning is reviewed and issues are identified early
    • Maintenance tasks
