What you'll do
- This role will lead projects to support the Mass Market-Residential portfolio including develop, implement, and maintain
Energy Management. The position will lead engagement with other divisions of BC Hydro to understand the relationship of
these products to the BC Hydro system, including risks, opportunities, and the customer's journey from beginning to end.

- Project work may include scope, budget, project management, schedule and other responsibilities in order to accomplish
- Liaison with various internal and external stakeholders and staff to provide guidance, address inquiries, project process,
- Implement a range of processes, policies and procedures under which each project will operate.
- Role scope may include product management activities for smaller projects and/or solution offerings during exit or
medium scope problems, challenging guidelines when necessary.
- Plan, direct, and report on project activities by consistently monitoring project benefits, resources, risks and status
- Manage contracts and projects with external service providers and customers
- Provide support and knowledge transfer to other team members to help strengthen the team
What you bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Experience in lieu will be considered.
- Seven (7) years experience in marketing, or other relevant area. Experience in Conservation and Energy Management is
- Demonstrated ability to seek information from people (internal and external) with diverse opinions, filter and synthesize the
- Demonstrated ability to build influential relationships internally and externally, at every level of the organization.
- Good understanding of demand side management initiatives and practices across all sectors.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budgeting, variance analysis and risk assessments.
- Results driven, while respecting the importance of collaboration and teamwork.
