    Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Offset Printing Pressman to operate and maintain our printing press equipment. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operating offset printing presses, including the ability to troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality production. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically and mentally demanding environment.

    This position is located at 2450 Lancaster Rd, Ottawa, ON, K1B 5N3 Canada


    Responsibilities:
    • Set up and operate offset printing press equipment
    • Adjust and maintain printing press settings to ensure high-quality production
    • Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent quality
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
    • Monitor production output to ensure deadlines are met
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth production flow

    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating offset printing presses (Must Name Presses Worked on)
    • Knowledge of printing press equipment and operation
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
    • Ability to read and interpret production orders and specifications
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

    $ 24.50 to 33.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week
