- Set up and operate offset printing press equipment
- Adjust and maintain printing press settings to ensure high-quality production
- Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor production output to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth production flow
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating offset printing presses (Must Name Presses Worked on)
- Knowledge of printing press equipment and operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Offset Printing Pressman to operate and maintain our printing press equipment. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operating offset printing presses, including the ability to troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality production. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically and mentally demanding environment.
