    Do you have a passion for gaming and a drive to lead innovative projects to success? Greensky Games is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team as we embark on the development of a brand new game with our underlying mission of bringing VR into the mainstream

    As Project Manager you will oversee all aspects of the development process, from initial concept to launch. You'll work closely with all members of the team to ensure that the project stays on track and meets all deadlines and milestones.

    • 5 weeks paid vacation, and we observe all major holidays

    • The annual base pay range for this role is between $50,000.00 and $90,000.00 CAD + benefits, + profit-sharing.

    Call of Duties:

    • Manage your team's daily tasks, back-logs, sprints, reviews, following our workflow and processes
    • Track all tasks for creating assets, code, and deliverables for a game to make sure it's delivered on time per our game pipeline schedule and milestone deliveries
    • Use JIRA to measure the team performance and resource capacity ensuring that team output is always optimal
    • Continuously seek out and implement new tools and methodologies to improve project management and delivery
    • Hire contractors/freelancers for game art
    • Manage any issues and take corrective actions
    • Communicate effectively and provide status updates

    Unlocked Abilities:

    • Experience in game project management
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
    • Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to details and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong understanding of game development processes and best practices
    • Experience working on a small team - ideally small game studio
    • Familiarity with game art pipelines
    • Familiarity with Unity
    • Experience with Discord community management
    • Experience hiring contractors/freelancers for game art

    Power Ups:

    • Passionate about VR and gaming
    • Experience with Oculus Quest (as player or developer)
    • An intense passion for HATS, as you will wear many in this role
