This vital full-time role acts as the central hub for our service operations ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality power solutions and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients.

Manage the full lifecycle of service and administration from initial call to final invoice contract management including take customer calls field to appropriate personnel open and schedule preventative maintenance for current contract customers maintain key account contract schedule contact customers for purchase orders prior to commencing work update work order tracker scheduling calendar supply work orders to Shop Service Technicians receive all service documentation related close service work orders invoice customers quote jobs in conjunction with Shop Technicians quotation follow up within three days of sending the quote work on open woeker report comment close old woorders get relevant customer info warranty repairs submit warranty information Service Manager update all existing fields system correct information other tasks required by Service Manager
