Authorizations Associate to join our team on a contract.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain "individual" type account records and relationships for the purposes of certification or examination related activities
- Provide personalized customer support in end to end interactions to drive positive customer interactions and safety outcomes.
- Communicate and provide timely information to customers regarding missing information (i.e. prerequisites, payments, etc.) to delivery certification and examination related activities
- Support incoming requests, written or verbal, by providing accurate information on Regulations, Certification and Examination Policies and Procedures, policies, and guidelines, to support our regulated industries and resolve escalated issues
- Maintain examination processes, including the printing, packing and posting of examinations, through to certification issuance
- Processing revenue by verifying transaction information; confirming fees for service or product delivery; identifying insufficient or overpayments and ensuring appropriate resolution; and, remitting payments to accounts receivable for processing
- Monitor data integrity within the business systems and fully understand the impact of data quality and escalates for resolution
- Identify gaps, review reports and triages exceptions for resolution (i.e. ED certification reporting, Entered Contract reports, Examination Reports, etc.)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- 12 years of relevant experience
- Customer relationship management skills
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Demonstrated research, critical thinking and analytical skills
- High degree of accuracy with data entry
- An understanding of the Technical Standards and Safety Act, 2000, associated regulations, and policies and procedures
- Intermediate computer skills including Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. CRM Dynamics, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word
