About ADM

About the Position
Entry-level Warehouse Specialist position in at the Lloydminster Canola Crush & Biodiesel facility. To be responsible for receiving and maintaining inventory in the spare parts warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and efficient environment for the spare parts warehouse
  • Receive parts upon their arrival
  • Conduct and maintain inventories
  • Write PR's in Coupa
  • Enter receipts in Coupa and Maximo
  • Assist in the development of the spare parts list for various equipment
  • Enter listed parts into Maximo
  • Occasional maintenance clerk duties such as entering work orders into Maximo

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Forklift operation skills
  • Computer skills such as Coupa, Maximo, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Work well with others
  • Be able to take initiative

Education or Work Experience

  • High school education or equivalent is preferred

Additional Information

  • Work in accordance with local/provincial legislation
  • Understands and is accountable for full compliance with safety and other EHS requirements
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
