    Sony Pictures Imageworks busca un Artist Manager para unirse a su equipo en Vancouver, BC, Montreal, QC o Los Ángeles, CA. La posición es presencial en alguna de estas localizaciones y se enfoca en la gestión y coordinación de artistas dentro del estudio de VFX y animación.

    Descripción del Puesto


    Artist Manager en Sony Pictures Imageworks es responsable de supervisar y apoyar a los artistas del estudio, facilitando la comunicación entre los equipos creativos y de producción para asegurar la calidad y entrega de los proyectos. Este rol requiere habilidades de gestión, coordinación y conocimiento del pipeline de producción en VFX y animación.

    Responsabilidades

    • Gestionar y apoyar a los artistas para maximizar su rendimiento y desarrollo profesional.
    • Coordinar con los departamentos de producción y dirección para asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos y estándares de calidad.
    • Facilitar la comunicación efectiva entre los equipos técnicos y creativos.
    • Participar en la planificación de recursos y asignación de tareas.

    Requisitos

    • Experiencia previa en gestión de equipos en estudios de VFX o animación.
    • Conocimiento profundo del pipeline de producción en VFX y animación.
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
    • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y bajo presión.
