Saskatoon, SK.
As a
Warehouse Coordinator , you will be responsible for:
- Shipping/Receiving items and adding into the inventory software system
- Allocating and organizing/managing warehouse inventory
- Transferring inventory to other branches and Technicians interprovincially.
- Inventory control and forecasting stock utilization.
- Logistics and quality control.
- Using inventory software systems.
- Using inventory software systems to adjust and reconcile inventory.
- Creating purchase orders (POs).
- Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational goals.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems for accurate tracking.
- Develop and optimize efficient warehouse processes to minimize operational costs.
- Ensure accuracy in shipments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and construction to optimize supply chain efforts.
- Oversee and active participation in inventory and cycle counts
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency nationally.
- Minimum High School Education
- Experience with inventory management would be considered an asset.
- Customer service orientation
- High energy, selfmotivated, and must have a positive attitude.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent listening and problemsolving skills.
- Detailed orientated and deadline conscious
- Computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Must be a team player with the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to safely lift a minimum of 60 Lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
- Forklift Operators Certificate would be an asset
