Job Summary:


Assists internal and external customers with parts request to ensure that the correct parts are obtained in a timely way when promised, this includes; identifying, ordering, locating and delivering parts.

Assists in the general operation of the parts department by maintaining and tracking the parts inventory.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Greets all customers in a timely professional manner
  • Provides excellent customer service by listening, asking questions
  • Assists service personnel in determining parts requirements
  • Assist retail and wholesale customers determine parts requirements through microcat
  • Maintains positive working relationships with all coworkers, and vendors
  • Ensures proper pricing on parts purchased through emergency orders, or dealers
  • Helps in maintaining a clean and professional environment
  • Attends training programs to gain required skills or certification
  • Observes all relevant health and safety procedures
  • Performs cashiering function
  • Performs other required duties as required by department managers
  • Assists in annual physical inventory
  • Responsible to liaise with suppliers/sub contractors as and when required.
  • To identify, segregate and report on any nonconforming product/service as per procedure for this activity.

Job Qualifications:


  • Grade 12 or equivalent work experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
