Job Summary:
Assists internal and external customers with parts request to ensure that the correct parts are obtained in a timely way when promised, this includes; identifying, ordering, locating and delivering parts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets all customers in a timely professional manner
- Provides excellent customer service by listening, asking questions
- Assists service personnel in determining parts requirements
- Assist retail and wholesale customers determine parts requirements through microcat
- Maintains positive working relationships with all coworkers, and vendors
- Ensures proper pricing on parts purchased through emergency orders, or dealers
- Helps in maintaining a clean and professional environment
- Attends training programs to gain required skills or certification
- Observes all relevant health and safety procedures
- Performs cashiering function
- Performs other required duties as required by department managers
- Assists in annual physical inventory
- Responsible to liaise with suppliers/sub contractors as and when required.
- To identify, segregate and report on any nonconforming product/service as per procedure for this activity.
Job Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent work experience

$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
