Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting patients with eyewear selection, fitting, and adjustments
• Processing and verifying optical insurance benefits
• Managing eyewear orders, inventory, and lab relations
• Collaborating with optometrists to ensure the optimal care of patients
• Educating patients on lens options, frame materials, and the latest eyewear technology
• Contributing to sales goals and always maintaining a professional appearance and attitude

Qualifications

• Valid licence to practice as an optician
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in optical sales or similar roles
• Strong understanding of optics, lens technologies, and frame styling
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$26.00-$32.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
