    What You Will Do

    • Aggressively prospect and cold call independent and franchise dealers within your territory
    • Win SecureDrive contracts in competitive, head-to-head selling environments
    • Build and maintain a high-velocity pipeline; activity precedes results
    • Execute disciplined call plans, follow-ups, and territory strategies
    • Close new business and expand wallet share within existing accounts
    • Represent SecureDrive with confidence, professionalism, and edge

    This is a new-business-driven role. Success is measured by contracts signed, production, and growth.

    What Success Looks Like

    • Consistent daily prospecting and pipeline creation
    • Contracts won against established competitors
    • Sustained contract count and revenue growth
    • Full ownership of territory performance
    • Minimal supervision; maximum output

    Who Will Succeed

    • Proven B2B hunters with a track record of winning competitive deals
    • Experience in automotive, F&I, financial services, or SaaS is an asset
    • Sales professionals who outwork, out-prepare, and out-execute peers

    What We Offer

    • The compensation range for this position is $95, ,000 + commission.
    • This role will be mostly on the road and will require travel throughout Vancouver Island.
    • A competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive health benefits plan, Group RRSP, performance bonus, health and wellness benefits, and education sponsorship.
    • Four paid days annually to give back to the community, along with your birthday off.
    • A vehicle rebate program of up to $400 per month.
