The Challenge Ahead:
The Data Collection & Licensing (DCL) group of EA Sports FC is looking for a Producer with product management experience and passion for video games and football.
Responsibilities
- You will be the interface between the development team, Legal, Business Development, Art Production, Marketing and DCL.
- You will oversee the delivery of EA Sports FC's team and player database and all required licensed content.
- You will collaborate on game feature development, from the conceptual phase to implementation, release, and postproduction.
- You will have a finger on the pulse on the world of football and support the development and release of seasonal campaigns.
- You will work closely with team colleagues in Canada, Romania and UK.
Required Qualifications
- Product Manager with 4+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, or technologyfocused roles.
- Strong interest and knowledge of football and the EA Sports FC video game series.
- Experienced in using data and insights to inform design decisions and planning
- Excellent English language skills, spoken and written.
- Excels in communication, teamwork and change management.
- Used to work in an environment that values collaboration and with remote teams.
BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations.
If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.
HOURLY PAY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs.
Victoria):
o $63,400 - $86,500 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
