The Investment Product Administrator role offers a variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients (Advisors) through seamless customer service.

What we need you to do:
Reporting directly to the Manager, Regional Investment Operations, support our winning team in the Ontario Region by:
Processing incoming Mutual and Segregated Fund trades, opening new accounts and handling non-financial trades

Follow up on business transactions and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner

Everything else related to supporting the regional team and our Advisors

What it will take to do good work at HUB:
A great attitude, the constant desire to help others, curiosity, and the ability to deliver consistent performance

Previous investment industry and administrative experience

Clear written and oral communication skills

Problem-solving skills and great attention to detail

Practical experience with MS Office Suite & most online meeting platforms

Although you do not require the completion of a post-secondary education, it will help your growth if you have a college diploma or university degree

Working Conditions

Normal office environment and/or Hybrid Work-from-Home
