Levitt-Safety has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse/ServiceTechnician to join our team in Edmonton.

Job Summary

As the Warehouse Technician, you will have a primary role of but not limited to, receiving of stock into the service warehouse, organization and stocking of parts on a timely basis.

Tracking of incoming parts ordered and communicating arrival with the service admin team, picking parts and equipment for upcoming deficiency jobs and sorting appropriately.

Main Responsibilities

Receiving of stock via vendor orders/warehouse transfers. Ensure materials are received safely & accounted for through proper receiving & storage processes.
Receiving of inbound service customer equipment orders and forwarding them to Service Admin for processing and tracking.
Service Inventory Management.
Forklift operation and material handling equipment, inspect forklift & material handling equipment before use.
Timely & accurate completion & submission of receiving docs & assorted paperwork.
Picking Service deficiency inventory and sorting into Job Boxes
Regular meetings with supervision & management for progress reports & planning Organization/Cleanliness of the warehouse.
Participate in mandatory safety training & industry certifications.
Be an active contributor to the ongoing development of Job Hazard Analysis & follow Safe Work practices.
Participate in inventory management through accurate counts & the receiving of all materials

Job Requirements

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Excellent time management decisions and ability to make quick decisions to meet customer needs.
Strong organizational skills
Strong Communication skills
Attention to detail and strong communication; ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
