Royal Ocean Events is responsible for all weddings onboard Norwegian Cruises, Holland America, and Carnival. We are currently hiring for a determined and enthusiastic individual to join our team, to work with our wedding couples as a Wedding Coordinator and General Inquires


Job Title and Brief:

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents

*Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
*Ensure accuracy with responsibilities of data entry
*Reporting and invoicing for wedding couples

*Sorting and filing correct contracts for coordinators

*Taking a consultative approach with answering general inquiry calls and assisting couples with their questions in relation with cruise ship weddings.

*Data entry in an efficient and timely manner.

*Constantly reviewing new material to stay educated in Cruise Ship Offers to provide customers with accurate information in a timely manner.

*Organizing venues for new bookings upon receiving the contract.


Requirements:

• 3+ Years of Customer Service Experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• High school degree
• Administrative education/work experience an asset
• Event Planning experience an asset
• Strong Computer and data entry skills
• MS Office Proficiency

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$17.36-$21.00 per hour
