We offer year-round, engaging, and interactive learning experiences for kids of all ages and skill levels. Code Ninjas University Heights (Saska-toon) is currently seeking a skilled User Support Technician to join our team.

Position:
User Support Technician (NOC Code: 22221)

Employment Type:
Permanent, Full-time

Wage:
$32.00 /hour (paid on a semi-monthly basis)

Work hours: 30-40 hours/week

Location: 1844 McOrmond Dr Saskatoon, SK S7T 1C9

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure software and hardware components.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Provide training and support to customers on new products and services.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the coding education in-dustry.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Completion of a college program in computer science, computer programming, or network administration.

2. 2-3 years experience in providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

• Knowledge of computer hardware and software components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You are entitled to overtime pay for hours worked more than 40 hours per week and/or more than 8 hours per day will be paid at 1.5 x the hourly rate of pay.

You will be entitled to 3 weeks annual vacation which is calculated on your earnings at a rate of 5.77%.
