The Role (At a Glance)
This is a senior, client-facing operations role supporting a growing real estate team.
The Operations Manager / Integrator is responsible for ensuring transactions, systems, and workflows run smoothly, consistently, and at scale.
This role exists to:
- Remove operational burden from agents
- Improve client experience during transactions
- Strengthen systems, workflows, and accountability
- Support team growth without chaos
This is not an entry-level admin position.
What You'll Own
Operations & Transactions
- Manage listings and transactions from intake to close
- Track timelines, conditions, amendments, and key dates
- Ensure Ontario compliance and file accuracy
- Act as a primary client-facing contact during transactions
- Coordinate with agents, lawyers, lenders, and vendors
- Support multiple team members simultaneously
Systems & Workflows
- Maintain and improve CRM and transaction systems
- Help develop workflows that reduce manual work
- Support and expand light automations and integrations
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Integrator Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into execution
- Keep people, processes, and systems aligned
- Anticipate issues before they impact clients or closings
- Act as the operational backbone of the business
Who This Role Is For

Compensation
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus: Performance-based, tied to growth and operational success
This is a senior role with upside as the business grows.
