The Role (At a Glance)

This is a senior, client-facing operations role supporting a growing real estate team.

The Operations Manager / Integrator is responsible for ensuring transactions, systems, and workflows run smoothly, consistently, and at scale.

This role exists to:

  • Remove operational burden from agents
  • Improve client experience during transactions
  • Strengthen systems, workflows, and accountability
  • Support team growth without chaos

This is not an entry-level admin position.

What You'll Own

Operations & Transactions

  • Manage listings and transactions from intake to close
  • Track timelines, conditions, amendments, and key dates
  • Ensure Ontario compliance and file accuracy
  • Act as a primary client-facing contact during transactions
  • Coordinate with agents, lawyers, lenders, and vendors
  • Support multiple team members simultaneously

Systems & Workflows

  • Maintain and improve CRM and transaction systems
  • Help develop workflows that reduce manual work
  • Support and expand light automations and integrations
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Integrator Responsibilities

  • Translate business priorities into execution
  • Keep people, processes, and systems aligned
  • Anticipate issues before they impact clients or closings
  • Act as the operational backbone of the business

Who This Role Is For

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: Performance-based, tied to growth and operational success

This is a senior role with upside as the business grows.
