• Promote the sale of COWA Postpartum Meal Service.
• Learn and demonstrate knowledge about maternity meal
• One to one meeting/ consultation with the client
• Conduct campaigns that will improve customer sales
• Collaborate with other teams
• Follow up appointments with customers
• Elaborate and explain the need and purpose of each meal to the customer
• Marketing of promotional activities, As like Online or in-person events of the "mommy class" Meeting. To promote Mrs. Chuang concept "How to postpartum recovery
• Receive, listen to and respond the Customer calls or Cowa Website messages
• Consult with customers to determine their wants, interests, and needs; recommend the best solution to enhance the customer's experience, which may include selling additional services or right-sizing services to drive customer loyalty
• Meet required customer service and sales performance objectives by determining the best customer experience solution on every call.
• Build and maintain strong customer rapport. And perfect the customer experience by providing superior service

• Language fluency - Mandarin or Cantonese
• Work as an individual and as a team
• Experience in marketing
• Excellent Customer Service capability and affinity is preferred

• 8 hour shift

• Commission pay
