Key Responsibilities

Greets customers and provides excellent customer service.
Serves customers, weighing, packing and affixing price labels to Hot Food purchased.
Replenishes supplies in display counters and rotates product.
Assist cooks with various tasks as needed.
Liaison with other clerks and cooks to ensure smooth and efficient operation of café area.
Prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
Clean counters, work areas, trays, dishes, utensils and equipment.
Make sure working area is clean and adheres to Food Safety Standards and company policies.
Performs other tasks as required by management to meet business needs.
Needs to be available to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
