Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Secondary degree and/or any relevant courses.
- Fork lift license(clamp truck license beneficial)
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in the completion of traffic and customs documentation
- Experience in shipping and warehousing
- Good knowledge of office procedures
- Operation of lift trucks
- Must be computer literate
DUTIES
- Manage inventory
- Keep computerized records for inventory control current
- Physical audit to compare records to actual counts for fiscal year and quarterly
- Manages warehouse activities ensuring efficient storage of finished goods
- Direct shipping finished goods to meet customers schedule
- Set shipping schedule to meet deadlines
- Prepare releases from inventory finished goods upon receipt of documentation
- Initiates docket close out
- Maintains shipping/receiving departments supplies inventory
- Matching PO's to received goods
- Check incoming materials
- Works closely with Customer Service, Pressroom, BinderyMust have a pleasant disposition and able to work independently or in a team environment.
