About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Conestoga Contracting Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for landscaping projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of our landscaping team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that their expectations are met.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that work meets our quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of landscaping materials and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to complete projects.
• Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety protocols, and report any incidents or near-misses.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
