General Building Construction Company, Kenalex Construction Company Limited is looking for a full charge bookkeeper.
We require an experienced, independent, self-starter who is willing to jump in, take charge, and work cooperatively with senior management.
Must have strong computer skills, ability to organize & prioritize workloads, knowledge & experience with accounting software packages, Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook.
Training is available for our company accounting software.Duties to include:
- 40 hours per week full-time employment
- Weekly, Quarterly & Year End
*Assist senior management with the preparation of quarterly interim financial statements.
*Assist external auditors in the preparation of year-end financial statements and tax returns.
*Responsible for dealings with CRA, EHT, HST, WSIB, Municipal taxes, Federal and Provincial payroll remittances
*Accounts Payable & Receivable data entry and preparation of management reports
*Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation
*Organize & manage mail
*Data Entry
- receipts, bills, etc.
*Light reception work
*Weekly filing & year-end filing
