The Opportunity


Responsibilities of the UX/UI Manager include creating process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively communicate interactions and design ideas.

They will lead the design and development of user interfaces for digital products, conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, and continuously improve UX/UI design processes, tools, and methodologies.

The UX/UI Manager will also ensure (where required) that agency partners deliver high-quality designs that meet business goals and user needs.


Responsibilities of the Role

  • Create process flows, wireframes, prototypes, highfidelity mockups, and other artifacts to communicate design solutions effectively.
  • Own design problems from initial concept through execution and evolution.
  • Deliver intuitive user experiences by transforming research and requirements into deliverables.
  • Expand design system patterns while following established frameworks throughout product evolution.
  • Drive user experience across various digital platforms.
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand objectives and requirements.
  • Manage assets for daytoday content features from internal and external partners.
  • Champion new concepts and identify opportunities to broaden the online user experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Continuously improve UX/UI design process, tools, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure correct implementation of designs.

The Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Post-Secondary education in design, humancomputer interaction, or a related field.
  • A portfolio of work demonstrating high quality, thoughtful, and meticulous UX and UI work
  • At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years of experience in team management.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Axure RP, Figma, Sketch, or similar tools, as well as knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Strong understanding of user behavior and humancentered design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the tech industry preferred.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with a datainformed approach to design you've used tools and resources needed to measure the success of design decisions (A/B testing tools, Google Analytics, etc.)
