Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
This is a 7-hour day-shift position. The 7 hours worked will be between 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

Post secondary education in applicable discipline or equivalent in experience
A minimum of two years experience in technical support of PC/LAN environments
Expertise in several of the following areas is desired:
Windows OSs; Apple iOS, Mac OS, MS Office, MS Sharepoint, TCIP, Wireless and Ethernet Networks.
Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with Board personnel technical staff
Must have access to a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license
Demonstrated commitment to working in a diverse school community and/or work environment
Record of satisfactory onthejob performance while employed by the Peel District School Board
