Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and experienced Payment Services Specialist to manage all payment related services.
The specialist will be responsible for managing refunds, payment inquiries, payout requests, profit splits, and handling all payment related customer service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process all customer refunds and payout requests.
Respond to all payment inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Oversee profit splits and payment distribution according to company policies.
Provide top-notch customer service, addressing all payment-related inquiries and concerns.
Develop and implement efficient payment systems and processes to enhance overall customer experience.
Liaise with the financial department to address any payment discrepancies or issues.
Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and prepare regular financial reports.
Ensure all transactions and operations adhere to legal requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial or payment administration role.
Strong understanding of financial transactions and payment systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Familiarity with financial software and databases.
Knowledge of financial regulations and legal guidelines.
