The Digitization Automation and Workflow team's mandate is to unlock business value through Innovative Automation (IA) and Workflow (Salesforce). This type of work is about transforming how people work and interact with digital capabilities, rather than simply a technology implementation.

- Support successful execution of relevant reporting, operational requests, and transactional requests for the business unit and/or client.
- Conduct less complex analytics and research, obtain/share internal external relevant business/market data.
