THE OPPORTUNITY

Become a Vidir Hero and Level up your career as a:
Field Service Engineer/Technician
The Field Service Engineer/Technician provides installation service for our customers and ensures their experience with Vidir is optimal.
This is role that requires extensive travel requirements.

Responsibilities:

Professional, prompt installation and service of equipment in customer locations, while maintaining professional image.
Strong problem solving skills combined with mechanical and electrical abilities.
Familiarity with concepts and standards or mechanical practices and procedures for equipment assembly and operation.
Possess strong organizational and communication skills to manage deadlines.

Qualifications:

Maintains professional but friendly and outgoing demeanor in front of the customer.
Mechanically Inclined
Demonstrates strong problemsolving and organizational skills.
Exhibits ability to think creatively and analytically.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills.

Must live within one hour of a major international airport
-
Must hold a valid driver's license and passport and have the ability to travel throughout Canada and the U.S.

Must be willing to travel on a regular basis
