Description

An experienced superintendent / maintenance person is required for a 130 unit residential property in Ajax. This is a "live in" position that could include a townhouse as part of the position. This professionally managed property houses seniors and families within townhouses and apartment, some of which are subsidized.

The compensation package is viewed as being on the upper end of the industry scale when considering salary, accommodations, medical benefits and tool / travel allowances.

Salary:
$42,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
