The Channel Insights & Automation team has a passion for just that, delivering insights to our internal customers in Sales and Marketing (Small Medium Business segment) while focusing on automation.

We love to automate our reporting and the data that supports it through close collaboration with our business intelligence teams and transforming our data with ETLs and data visualization tools so we can focus on delivering greater insights.

In addition to looking at past performance we are excited about enhancing our forward looking insights based on sales activity, funnel health and value chain assumptions.

What you'll do
As Business Consultant, you will be the keeper of data.

You will share your knowledge of our data as a liaison to sales & marketing analysts, product managers, directors and VPs.

You will also co-manage our compensation automation project with our BI teams to strive for excellence and completeness of our data.

You will use our data to create new reports and insights and share this data with the philosophy of data democratization.

Joining a tight knit team of highly engaged professionals you will collaborate, brainstorm, and strive for greatness as a team and provide coverage for each other.


  • You will develop new analytical solutions to provide timely insights to the business
  • You will assemble multiple data sources to build foundational datasets
  • You will build data pipelines, repeatable processes and automation to create standardized datasets, reports and analysis
  • You will collaborate with cross functional teams: TBM Sales team, HR and other BI teams to develop foundational data assets that will drive sales' performance, measurement, and finally compensation.
  • You will coordinate with the product management team to ensure reporting readiness for new product launches.
  • Effectively communicate with leadership and stakeholders providing them with regular updates on programs and new solutions

Qualifications:


What you bring

  • You have SQL or SAS knowledge or familiarity with other coding languages and experience working with databases such as SQL server
  • You have experience in ETL development, data modeling, data warehousing, reporting, visualization tools and analytics
  • You have 7+ years of experience answering business questions with data defining business outcomes, managing stakeholder expectations, and collaborating with multiple team members
  • You can manage ambiguity, have good analytical skills and a passion for metrics and numbers
  • You have an extraordinary ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence across multiple teams
  • You have minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role and/or related education (Business, Marketing, Finance) with demonstrated performance

Great-to-haves

  • Prior telecom or B2B sales/marketing experience
  • PMP certification or project management experience
  • Proficiency with DOMO (or other Data Visualization Tools)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or other CRM tools)
