The Service Technician is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience with installation, using hand tools, troubleshooting, and a customer service orientation would make you successful in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

Visiting client sites throughout a designated area where office furniture has been previously delivered and install/repair any damaged or malfunctioning products
Deliver and install components that have been back ordered
Help with big installation projects, including assembling furniture on site
Trouble shoot delivery/installation issues

Qualifications:

Must have a Class G license
Clean Driver's Abstract
2+ years of experience using hand tools; furniture assembly experience is an asset
Team player attitude and strong ability to follow directions and product instructions
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including complete and accurate paperwork
Ability to consistently carry 75lbs, unassisted
